Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the Fissler products you wish to return.

  Pack Your Cookware

  Securely place the unused item in its original Fissler packaging, ensuring all protective inserts and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
